The PowerShell command Get-Service -DisplayName *citrix* is used to display all the Citrix services installed on the Delivery Controller. According to the policy priority and filtering, the Accounting users will match the policy “Accounting”, which has ‘Client Network Drives’ enabled and ‘Client Fixed Drives’ not configured. The policy “Baseline” will not apply because it has a lower priority. Therefore, the Accounting users will be able to access only the client network drives, and not the client fixed drives. This is confirmed by the Citrix documentation on policy filtering and precedence.
